Director, Financial Management Services

Job Description:
What is a Financial Management Services department?

As a Financial Employer Agent, the Financial Management Services department assists consumers in the facilitation of the employment of Attendants for consumers in the areas of properly recruiting, selecting/hiring and processing payroll for Attendants.

The incumbent will provide oversight of Financial Management Services by leading all employer agent responsibilities and operations within Liberty Resources, Inc. These operations include; enrollment, payroll, tax preparations and compliance for more than 2,000 individuals per cycle.

The incumbent will collaboratively work with Executive Management in visualizing and identifying long term goals of the department. This will include recommending actions for quality improvement and measuring those outcomes for continued assurance of compliance and excellence for consumers and their attendants.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor Degree (MBA preferred) obtained in Accounting/Payroll or closely related field from an accredited educational facility and six years of directly related work experience as overseeing and leading a department. Additional relevant work experience and managing a financial team may substitute for educational experience on a year to year basis. Incumbent must have excellent communication skills (written and oral), along with strong organizational skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.


Employer Services Specialist

Job Description:
This position provides financial and human resources support and advisory services to consumers participating in the consumer-employer model. The Employer Services Specialist ensures quality consumer orientation and training that meets or exceeds Center and FE/A regulatory requirements; identifies and defines consumer training needs to support and enhance self-direction and employer authority.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Human Resources or any related field is preferred and two years related experience. The incumbent must have significant payroll experience and computer literate particularly in Excel and Word. The incumbent must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), along with strong organizational skills. Incumbent must be detailed oriented and good with conflict resolution. Up to 30% local travel in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties, consisting primarily of home visits.
