Today is the eleventh anniversary of the Olmstead Decision. The Decision that among other things promised Americans the "Least Restrictive Setting" for services. Enhanced FMAP is still not authorized in HR 4213. Please contact: Senators Collins, Snowe and Brown (MA), Voinovich (OH).
Ask them how we can have the 'least restrictive setting' and yet the funding for services in the least restrictive setting are cut off.
Let our voices be heard. Let our Emails be so numerous they have to shut the connection down.
