Liberty Resources was designed by us, for us, as a clearinghouse
for information on maximizing the independent living of people
with disabilities in the Philadelphia Area. Liberty advises people
to go about the business of living with a “rights bearing attitude”.
Contained here are several essays and articles to inform the
community about their rights.
Still all too frequently, the disabled
individual encounters barriers to successful independent living.
As unintentional as they may be, barriers exist because most
of the general public does not understand that disabled people
are equal. The business community is sometimes ignorant or misinformed
of their obligations to provide equal access under the law. Click
